What you are going to learn

    Tinctures, Glycerites, Elixirs

Proper extraction is the foundation for all herbal medicines. In this class you will learn about herbal extraction types, methods of extraction, the best solvent to extract your desired chemical compounds, and the steps and procedures for extraction and preservation of your herbal medicine.

This class will explore the variations of extraction when using the "folk" method vs. a more scientific formula of chemical extraction. You will leave with the knowledge of both so you can decide which method serves your purpose when making your own extractions at home.

Each participant will go home with remedies you have prepared in class.

This class is taught in-person by Kris Vaughan, the founder and Program Director of Herbal Wisdom Institute. Space is limited to 10 participants.

    Cancellations & Refunds:
Due to the limited space in this class, your registration is required. Cancellations/refunds will only be processed on or before 7 days prior to the class. Any cancellations after this time are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
